Ms. Cain is Senior Account Executive with LAK Advertising, a marketing communications and creative services company. She has extensive experience in branding and marketing within the high-tech sector, working with a wide range of technology, telecom and manufacturing accounts. Ms. Cain holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and has served on the boards of San Diego Opera and numerous other arts and civic organizations.

For over 15 years, Solid Waste Services’ Collections Division worked to streamline operations in order to remain competitive with the private sector for the right to provide garbage, recycling, yard waste and bulky item collection services to the residents of the City of Charlotte.
