Melissa has been in the commercial insurance world for over 14 years, and with Colonial Western for 9 years starting as an Account Manager. During her tenure with Colonial she has handled and serviced almost every commercial client in the agency and has become very familiar with the day to day operations of the agency. Melissa’s technical and workflow expertise and her ability to interact with the agency’s clients and insurance company representatives has enabled her to move into the Commercial Lines Department Lead role.

Founded in 1967 to serve the southern California area, our firm has grown to four locations throughout California and today we manage insurance portfolios for clients who have local, national and multi national interests.

She has a broad range of experience including Product and Operations Liability, as well as Professional Liability for contractors and manufacturers. Laura also has extensive expertise in Workers' Compensation Insurance and related Risk Management practices.
