At Commercial Construction & Development, our goal is to provide our customers the highest quality commercial building, for the lowest possible cost.

Fred has been active in the commercial construction and development business for over 24 years. He received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University and began his building career with Acme Steel Buildings, Inc. Acme Steel was founded by Fred’s grandfather in 1952 and is managed by his father, Fred White, Sr. and brother, Brady White. CC&D and Acme Steel work hand in hand on most projects, utilizing Acme Steel’s pre-engineered building systems.

In 1998, CC&D began providing our customers with the advantages offered by the Somero Laser Screed. This state-of-the-art equipment establishes grade by laser, disperses concrete by auger, vibrates and consolidates the concrete. The console mounted computer maintains grade with laser precision and monitors the screed elevation at a rate of 5 times per second. In addition to being laser-precise and mechanically powerful, the Laser Screed is fast.
