Founded in 1976 with the mission to provide the general public with an empowering, effective, and accessible methodology for resolving a wide range of personal, residential, neighborhood, consumer, and public disputes.

Marvin is principal at MediationTeams.com. He has been mediating and training mediators for over 20 years. Over 2400 people have learned how to mediate conflicts in workplaces, membership organizations, and communities through courses Marvin has created and delivered. Managers at for-profit and not-for-profit organizations are using the skills learned from Marvin to make a difference every day. Over his career, he has mediated hundreds of cases involving employees of private companies, government institutions, and universities and colleges as well as community issues.

Mediation: If you would like to become one of our volunteer Community Mediators, you must take The Basics of Mediation training. We provide a limited number of scholarships to help us maintain the diversity of our mediator pool.

To accomplish our mission, we provide and promote peaceful, collaborative conflict resolution. We serve diverse communities and offer mediation, conflict coaching, training, and referrals. We build more peaceful, respectful, healthy, and just communities – one relationship at a time.
