Community Management Corporation ("CMC"), a licensed real estate firm, located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a full service Property Management company specializing in the management of multi-family rental properties utilizing Federal and State financing and subsidy programs. The firm maintains real estate licenses for the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.

In addition, CMC has a wide range of experience in the area of affordable senior housing. We enjoy excellent working relationships with numerous churches, not-for-profit agencies and service organizations and have assisted in the development and provide management services for apartment communities owned and/or sponsored by not-for-profit organizations. Our experience in managing "family" housing provides expertise in rent collections, maintenance issues and resident relations.

Construction Management Services have also been a significant part of Mr. Maxey's focus. He has overseen $48 million dollars of construction management, including public infrastructure, land development and multi-family rehab consultation. Additionally, Certified Management Contractors has considerable experience in disaster mitigation and reconstruction exceeding six million dollars in reconstruction management.
