Tim Bonfatti started Compass Project Management, Inc. with a goal: to provide client – focused, Project Management services to public and private owners who demand leadership, collaboration and accountability on their building projects. Compass focuses on over-the-top customer service combined with superior processes and experienced managers. This approach has resulted in an impressive track record of project success.

CPM was founded in recognition that project owners are often poorly served by a planning, design, construction and occupancy process that focuses more on the individual interests of the service providers and less on the owner's interest. In most cases, this is not the result of intentional neglect, but rather a lack of leadership, collaboration, and accountability.

Delivered in Spring of 2012, the new $10.0MM Science & Math Building provides 32,700 SF of state-of-the-art science, biology, chemistry, and physics laboratories, as well as instructional space for the Mathematics Department and an expansion of the School’s Library. The site surrounding the new structure was developed to provide both faculty parking and an outdoor courtyard for the School’s use. Compass’ role included general oversight of both the design and construction phases of the Work, as well as development and oversight of the full project budget on the School’s behalf.
