The Senior Manager will be responsible for the supervision, training, coaching and development of our Business Analysts and Enterprise Project Managers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: This position is responsible for evaluating the impact of decisions relating to databases, providing recommendations to management and demonstrates expert knowledge in several database management products. The role will be involved with multifunctional database projects, DBMS upgrades, disaster recoveries, migrations, backups, optimizations and various database engineering initiatives. Provide expert guidance in database technologies for all internal application development.

Job Description: Position specializes on BAAN IV and surrounding core applications ranging from BAAN development, problem identification, resolution, and documentation. Highly knowledgeable on modules supporting all functional disciplines in a manufacturing environment. (MRP/MPS, Quality, Finance Sales, Purchasing, Engineering etc). This position will focus on supporting the companies Operational function in particular processes associated with MRP/MPS. Ability to accomplish projects on time and within budget.

Demonstrate financial accountability to the Program Controller Maintain a regional focus whilst supporting the global, business-aligned strategy Remain enthusiastic and communicate support for Management Decisions. Required Experience working with the Volcker Rule/Dodd Frank Experience of setting up and managing significant change program Prior experience of owning and delivering legal or regulatory change Highly accomplished in managing stakeholders Multi-functional or multi-business transformation Full end-to-end project lifecycle experience.
