Due to large volume of requirements, we currently are looking to bring on three Recruiters to our company on a corp. to corp. basis and after showing a exceptional performance have the opportunity to become an independent franchisees. Who We Want We want Recruiters that have a proven track record that have wanted to start their own business but understand the importance of having a strong back office. This position is for people that can work remotely (from a home office). If you can work on multiple job orders, concurrent projects, and on Positions with a wide-cross section of clients. We need people that are motivated and who thrive in a fast paced environment. Our clients want us to provide qualified resources that exceed expectations, and it is imperative that our recruiting staff has the ability to: -Identify resumes that match job requirements -Negotiate salary/hourly rate to meet client requirements -Prep candidates for interviews/Debrief candidate after interviews -deliver offers -Describe positions to candidates -Present a candidate to a Client -Know how to assign priority to open requisitions -Post online job descriptions -Screen a candidate based on technical skills, personality, rate, roles & responsibilities Our compensation package well exceeds industry averages.
