Structural engineering is the core activity of our consulting services. Utilizing state-of-the art computer resources, our staff is both experienced and equipped to provide the structural analysis and design necessary to move your project from conception to construction. We are involved in all stages of project development, including scoping, design development, budgetary cost estimating and construction document preparation. Existing structures can require assessment for a variety of reasons: determination of maintenance and/or repair needs, signs of deterioration or overstress, and damage due to natural disasters. Our non-destructive visual assessments include documentation of existing conditions, determination of the causes of overstress or deterioration, and recommendations for repair or strengthening.
