Corporate Pointe Developers has been in the Pullman-Moscow community for over 10 years. It began when K. Duane Brelsford returned to Pullman after 15 years of building large scale commercial buildings and hotels in southern California and western Washington. Construction in 1992 on a project now known as Providence Court apartments, began significant growth in the Pullman housing market. Since that time Pullman has seen even more dramatic growth.
