Kaminsky is Founder and Managing Director of Crescendo Consulting Solutions LLC, a niche provider of change management consulting, advisory and integration services. At Crescendo, Mr. Kaminsky supports an integrated, global Program Portfolio of projects across multiple clients. Crescendo’s method for incorporating fundamental program management discipline into an organization includes strong metrics, a robust communication strategy, and an implementation methodology that defines requirements and holds all key stakeholders accountable for success. Mr. Kaminsky and the highly skilled Crescendo team are recognized for instituting a rigorous yet collaborative approach with clients that achieves results. As a practicing consultant himself, Mr. Kaminsky provides clients a versatility of skills and experience. In addition to his strong program management skills, he continues to plan and manage large-scale, senior-level strategic planning sessions for several clients. Mr. Kaminsky is becoming an industry expert being tapped by clients to facilitate, negotiate and execute Service Level Agreements as part of larger outsourcing engagements. Mr. Kaminsky and his team are developing and delivering myriad of human capital solutions including but not limited to program management curriculum, competency-based performance management systems and integrated solutions for the human resources lifecycle. Mr. Kaminsky and the Crescendo team are providing advisory services to several Fortune 500 companies within the Financial Services, Client Services and Outsourcing industries. Currently they are working with several clients, among them State Street Corporation where Mr. Kaminsky is leading key change management, process improvement, and technology integration activities across multiple business units. Prior to creating Crescendo, Mr. Kaminsky served as a Senior Principal for Trans-Form LLC working as a Program/Client Manager on several large-scale change management initiatives. He led several high profile outsourcing initiatives from analysis and strategy through transition and execution. As a result of expanding merger and acquisition activity during the 1990s, Mr. Kaminsky successfully co-managed the integration of support functions for several global financial institutions including, but not limited to, the purchases of Oppenheimer by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Furman Selz by ING Barings, and Bankers Trust by Deutsche Bank. For each deal, Mr. Kaminsky played an integral role in creating an integrated Global Program Management Office. In addition, he was responsible for facilitating large-scale global planning sessions that developed integration strategies and resulting implementation plans. Mr. Kaminsky began his career with Salomon Brothers in the late 1980s, where he was integral in achieving a successful organizational redesign and relocation of the firm’s support group to Tampa, FL. His team was recognized as an industry leader in developing a competency-based learning and compensation plan that rewarded employee skill growth, team-based performance and promoted career path opportunities. In addition, Mr. Kaminsky designed the Learning Exchange, a corporate university concept that provided product, technical and management training. During this same period, he was an adjunct faculty member at William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. Mr. Kaminsky holds a Master of Science in Mass Communications from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Muhlenberg College. He is also an accomplished musician and resides in Tampa, FL with his wife Wendy and daughter Taylere.
