CMS is certified as an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)(State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis). In 2006 CMS entered into a formal SBA Mentor-Protégé Agreement with TolTest, Incorporated, proudly making CMS the first 8(a)/SDB certified company in Indiana to be accepted into this program. CMS is an award-winning general construction company providing design/build, renovation, mechanical, and civil services to the construction industry in the private and public sector, as well as Federal, State and Local Governments. CMS' in-house capabilities in most mechanical areas adds further value to the services we provide. CMS has successfully completed hundreds of projects in over 20 states, and has office locations in 6 states.
