The department is split into two divisions within the department. With one side handling plumbing service and the other handling HVAC service, customers can be confident that they are getting the specialists they need to handle their service needs. Each technician carries both two-way and cellular communications assuring that he can be contacted at a moments notice and has the ability to get any information he may need while in the field. Each truck is also tracked by GPS giving the service dispathchers the ability to coordinate each customer with the nearest technician. Having established a physical presence in this area with full-time employees as well as a satellite office and complete warehousing facilities, this market will be a strong growth opportunity for the company.
