6.5 We provide technical assistance and support for the Software and the SwifTechs Software in accordance with our policies. To the extent that we provide technical assistance and support for Third Party Software or equipment, you must ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions under which you licensed such Third Party Software or purchased such equipment.

We have experience working with Insurance providers and the applicable business applications that enables us to build your computing environment to run more smoothly. We are sensitive to our client’s productivity and spend 3-5 weeks planning the deployment of our solutions. By planning and completing much of the configuration work at our facilities, we minimize the impact of a change to your computing environment. After the planning phase and configuring the environment, we deploy our solution over a weekend to keep your employees as productive as possible.

SwifTechs offers a full suite of managed computing services that can handle up to 100 percent of your clinic’s computing infrastructure for a consistent monthly fee. Our primary offering for healthcare providers includes all the needed equipment, software, management, and support. Your practice will not have to spend large sums of money upfront to properly outfit the office with the needed computing infrastructure or hire additional resources.
