Who is DNA Partners, LLC? The Acquisition and Management of properties in high growth areas such as Florida, Texas, Virginia and North Carolina for our portfolio is our primary goal. Due to today’s competitive acquisition environment, DNA is able to utilize its 15 years experience in securing the necessary lender financing to offer sellers competitive terms and provide them with the necessary confidence that DNA will complete the transactions we initiate. Our equity is obtained by the partners of DNA and private individuals who have provided over $67 million to date. Since our inception in 2002, DNA has purchased eight properties - five retail properties, one office building, and two developments. DNA is targeting to purchase 100 million in office and retail assets over the next year. Our Mission is to secure real estate opportunities that satisfy the investment requirements of our partners and investors and to maintain the internal ability to finance these projects. It is through our investor partner relationships that we are able to provide excellent property management and quality returns that are in sync with the investment goals of the team and the needs of the local community in which the property is located.
