Description

He can arrange and teach workshops in either oil or watercolor for small groups of four to six people. His workshops are en plein aire in the landscape of northern New Mexico and in Santa Fe. With every workshop, he combines his teaching and criticism with colorful commentary on the history, geology, flora and fauna, and culture of this unique area of the United States. David has twenty years of experience in teaching and can conduct a meaningful workshop for all levels of abilities.

This past summer of 2004, the Museum of International Folk Art held an extragavant affair featuring crafts artists from over the world. With this event, which will be repeated annually, our great museum told the rest of the world that Santa Fe is indeed the Folk Art Capital of the World. In addition to the Museum, there are dealers, shops, and markets dedicated to showing the best of folk art.
