We provide up to 8 hours of home improvement maintenance by our licensed contractor and handyman Our salaried, licensed contractors and handymen will dedicate up to 8 hours of their time (combined) for your property. Their services include minor home improvements and pre-inspection of your property. Prior to having your home inspected, our licensed contractor will visit your home and take care of those nagging last minute items, such as replacing light bulbs, oiling squeaky hinges, checking or installing mandated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and strapping water heaters. Our contractors' 11-point checklist inspection will address issues before the property inspections, so simple items can be addressed before the inspector arrives.

Handyman Service With most home purchases, some home repairs are needed either before or after moving into the house. In order to allow our clients to comfortable settle into their new home, we provide 7 hours of free handyman services. With just a phone call, our handyman is ready to help you with any home tweaks you may need.
