Mrs. Cindy has been teaching with the DLI team for over 5 years, has a true passion for the industry, and her student’s success. Since 1989, when she graduated cosmetology school, she has been enjoying her journey from being a successful stylist in the region’s top salons, to becoming salon manager. She is now Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology’s Lead Educator.

The Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology is dedicated to providing a well-rounded foundation for students who are committed to learning the art and science of Cosmetology and its related areas of study.
