Our surveyors work with the owners, municipalities, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure that the end result is an accurate, complete survey which serves as the base design and construction specifications necessary for a successful project.

Our experienced team consists of licensed architects and engineers, certified plumbing designers, LEED Accredited Professionals, cost estimators, certified industrial hygienists, as well as full-time construction administrators. Delta's precast team is dedicated exclusively to providing specialty design and consulting services to manufacturers of precast concrete products. Whether across town or across the country, we are able to provide efficient and reliable service to our clients.

Delta's professional staff is divided into four distinct departments dedicated to the market sectors and clients we serve: Facilities - educational, institutional, municipal, corporate, commercial and industrial facilities, with associated site development. Transportation - bridges, highways, city streets, rural roadways, railroads, culverts, dams, parking structures, parking lots, and bridge/pavement management.
