Our company will supply all the proper forms and Agreements and maintain up-to-date files including all statements and reciepts. We provide a Monthly and Annual Statement detailing all Revenues and Expenditures. We will make deposits on your behalf of the Net Income after expenditures upon your instructions, we will send you the funds within 24 hours of receipt of rent(s) or your Net Income, or within a reasonable time frame depending on the type of Account you have. The Tenant(s) Security Deposit(s) will be deposited in a Trust Account at Whidbey Island Bank in Marysville in order to conform with the State Law. Coordinate with Attorney on an judgements or legal actions by the Association. Handle all complaints/problems that may occur with other members, and handle any correspondence necessary to correct the problems.
