Description

Katherine Gallo is an attorney in San Mateo County, actively involved in Alternate Dispute Resolution as a special master, discovery referee and mediator. She is on the ADR panel for Alameda County and San Mateo County Bar Association. Katherine has been designated as a court-assigned or party-selected private Discovery Referee and Special Master in approximately 200 litigated matters involving business, insurance, construction, labor, real estate, family law and personal injury. She possesses extensive experience as a Pro Tem Settlement Judge, Court Ordered Arbitrator and Private Mediator. Katherine has also served as a Research Attorney for the Law and Motion Department of the Alameda County Superior Court where she was responsible for all discovery motions as well as mediating discovery disputes. As a trial attorney, she was responsible for a full caseload of personal injury, product liability and commercial litigation.
