DM-STAT was incorporated in 1996 by President and CEO, Kim Dukes, PhD , a biostatistician with more than 25 years of experience primarily in Maternal and Child Health research. Dr. Dukes has successfully served in the role of Principal Investigator of the Data Coordinating and Analysis Center (DCAC) for several large multi-center longitudinal follow up studies and randomized control trials. DM-STAT staff members have advanced degrees in biostatistics and public health, as well as certifications in clinical data management.

DM-STAT is typically involved in the full lifecycle of every project - from proposal submission to publication or dissemination of research findings. We provide oversight during the design, implementation and evaluation of the study to ensure that research goals are achieved.

Our signature product is a state-of-the-art electronic tracking, data entry and reporting system that tracks participants, digital media and specimens throughout the course of the protocol, allows entry and import of data and provides reminder lists and compliance statistics to monitor study progress. DM Mecca is written in Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, utilizing SQL Server, and reports are implemented using SQL Server Reporting Services. It is validated according to 21 CFR Part 11 principles, user-friendly, fully documented, secure and auditable.
