Description

The priority of the greatest importance is the support we provide to the communities in which we do business. Many communities experience economic turmoil and hardship. We, along with our employees and customers, are dedicated to improving the lives of their closest community members by assisting organizations dedicated to caring for those most in need; supporting efforts focused on providing basic services like heat, shelter, and food and; contributing to organizations that tackle important societal challenges.

If there is (or is to be) any change in ownership of our business or assets then we may wish to share an individual's information so that the new owners may continue to operate our business effectively and continue to provide services to our customers. This may include new shareholders or any organization that might take an assignment or transfer of any agreements we have entered into with our customers.

Our company is well positioned for long-term growth both organically and through acquisition in growing, under-served markets. DFC Global Corp is the most diversified company in its sector with the largest pawn lending book in Europe, and third largest pawn book worldwide. We look forward to the future as we strive to meet the growing global demand for our products and services in current and emerging markets.

Through unsecured short-term consumer loans, secured pawn loans, check cashing and gold-buying services, we provide customers with immediate access to cash for living expenses and other needs. We also strive to add convenience and ease to our customers' lives with other services they value, including Western Union ® money order and money transfer products, reloadable VISA ® prepaid debit cards and foreign currency exchange.

Our customers purchase some or all of their financial services from us rather than from banks and other traditional financial institutions, due to convenience, accessibility and our high quality customer service. We attribute our long-term success to being attuned to our customers' needs, conducting our business responsibly, and contributing to the communities we serve.
