Originally formed in 1979 to service the magnetic recording disk and semiconductor industries through its finishing systems, the Company continues to gain worldwide acceptance and usage of its precision instruments with its latest low-volume acoustic liquid dispensing systems.

Greg Stephens, President Mr. Stephens joined EDC Biosystems with over 30 years experience managing accounting and financial organizations within the high-technology community. His past experience includes CFO for Exclusive Design Company and Controller of Consolidated Publications, Inc, the largest privately held commercial printer in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Stephens played a vital role in Xidex/Dysan's growth for the Micrographics/Flexible Media Group, managing the company's annual revenue from $20 million to over $500 million.

Management EDC Biosystems has a highly motivated and experienced management team. Combined, they have launched several high-tech companies in the medical device, semiconductor equipment, and disk drive industries. In the early 1990's, the team assembled at Exclusive Design Company, a small capital equipment manufacturer. Within 24 months, the group successfully turned the company into a worldwide leader for supplying process equipment to the magnetic recording media manufacturers.
