E & E Machine Shop and Services, LLC was founded by Mr. E.J. Cavalier in June 1997. Mr. Cavalier, a machinist by trade, believed there was a market opportunity for a machine shop and fabrication company that is dedicated to meet tough delivery requirements. In spite of our corporate youth we bring over 75 years of experience in the oilfield, marine, heavy equipment, forestry, and government areas. "Hands On" quality inspections are applied throughout the manufacturing process which gives us better control of quality and cost containment to our customers. This quality control process gives our customers a better finished product/service and a commitment for the future. The company growth has been dynamic; from a fledgling operation to a plant that has continued to grow at a remarkable rate. The addition of a climate-controlled machine shop has added the growth of the company. E & E Machine Shop and Services continues to grow and expand into new exciting areas. In 1998, E & E added Fabrication services to its lists of offerings. This addition insures that there is a "one stop shop" for our customers' needs. In 1999, E & E added an "On Site Chrome Repair" system to repair hard chrome rod in the oilfield, marine, and heavy equipment industry. This "New Service", sets us apart from the competition. E & E continues to strive to bring new products and services to our satisfied customers. E & E Machine Shop and Services, LLC was awarded the Small Business Administration's Entrepreneur Success Award for 1999. This proves that a tough work ethic combined with qualified people insures a formula for success. We continue to seek out new dynamic systems to encourage company growth.
