We provide remote technical support for any computer of any era. If you have a brand name computer that's been acting a bit funky and the manufacturer's warranty and or support plan has expired, we'd be glad to take a look at it for you. If your warranty is not yet expired, we would still have a look, but be careful and double check because some manufacturers void their warranty if you don't service it through them directly. We also provide hardware based technical support. This is done in a scenario such as a failed hard drive. We will replace the failed hard drive and make our best attempt at recovering your data. If your hard drive failed in conjunction with a computer virus, we strongly advise against data recovery because it may result in copying the virus to your new hard drive.
