It really all started back when Iggy Makarevich was a child. Armed with various pens, pencils and crayons, Iggy started drawing... with paper as the preferred medium, much to the delight of his parents. Reveling in this new expression, stop drawing he did not, and by elementary school had earned a reputation as an individualist. As junior high turned to high school, latent technology affinities took control and Iggy turned to photography as a medium to satisfy his artistic needs and the newfound need for precision gear. Around this time he wrote a column on stereo equipment for the high school paper and developed a fondness for and style of writing. The spectacle of the feature film seared itself countless times into Iggy's brain, the enticing combination of high end technologies with narrative storytelling proved invincible, with the sound department winning out.
