In the pattern of Brother Jeronime Kels and the founders of our Hutterite community who organized our first vocational technical school-a novelty for its time-at Auspitz in Moravia in 1532, we continue Beginning with fine ceramics in the 1530s, expanding with metalwork, viticulture and winemaking, woodcrafts, animal husbandry and a large number of additional trades through the following centuries, we make it our business to equip young people with hands-on skills.
