Education Development Center (EDC) is a leading non-profit research and development educational organization based in Massachusetts, with more than 50 years of experience in curriculum development, professional development, educational technology and research. Working with public-sector and private partners on 350 projects in 35 countries around the world, EDC harnesses the power of people and systems to improve education, health promotion and care, workforce preparation, communications technologies, and civic engagement.

ETLO’s senior staff has expertise in identifying needs, developing program plans, and providing implementation and technical support. ETLO Staff is available to help prepare grant proposals or to provide other services that help meet local educational needs and goals.

As a technology specialist, Michelle has vast experience in IT management, executive level administrative support and extensive web site development. Michelle’s current work focuses on content management and course editing for online courses.
