We are licensed in the state of North Dakota for professional engineering services. In addition to irrigation and hydraulic engineering, we specialize in civil engineering practices that include pumping stations, subdivision, commercial, and roadway design.

Scott Stromme Scott is a lifetime native of the Bismarck area and has served in the Army Reserves for 23 years. Scott worked for Melroe, Mariner, and Central Excavating and Irrigation before joining Element Solutions. He has served in the irrigation industry for over 15 years.
