Every year on Labor Day, the DFW yoga community open their studio doors to offer free yoga from dusk to dawn. Before the main event on Monday, we offer a kickoff festival. The kickoff for Dallas-Fort Worth Free Day of Yoga is planned for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Saturday at the Crow Collection of Asian Art , 2010 Flora St., between Harwood and Olive streets. Ricky Tran will be teaching a FREE mixed ashtanga class at Goodbody's on Lovers Lane near the Tollway at 8:30am on Monday.
