Ener-Con Companies, LLC is currently celebrating its 20th Anniversary. The company was originally formed by Michael Dilworth in 1975 as he was working as an electrician. Mr. Dilworth started his own construction company in 1984 and was incorporated as Ener-Con Builders, Inc. in 1986. Ener-Con Properties, s.c. was also formed in 1986 as a property management company to manage both multi-family and commercial buildings. Realty Associates Group was formed in 1998 in order to list and sell the condominium units built by Ener-Con Builders, Inc. The three divisions (Builders, Property Management and Sales) were merged into Ener-Con Companies, LLC in 2003. Ener-Con Companies, LLC currently manages over 500 apartment units, over 200 condominium units and approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial space.
