For over 10 years now Engelmann Cellars has been bringing in students from the CSU Fresno Enology program as interns to both help us with the winery and to further their education in wine making and running a winery. This wine is the first time that we had one of our intern's make their own wine here at Engelmann Cellars that we bottled and will be selling to help further their knowledge of what is involved in making, bottling, and selling wine.
