At Entitle, Inc., Laura’s primary responsibility is to oversee and insure that all aspects of every closing transaction are seamless for the customers and compliant with all underwriting requirements. She has been in the title insurance and closing business for over 25 years and participated in hundreds of closings. Holli Hauschild has been an executive real estate closer for over 15 years, successfully closing several thousand residential transactions for buyers/borrowers and sellers. Over the years, she has also closed light commercial deals. Holli joined Entitle, Inc. in early 2012.

As Vice President- Finance, Susan is the go to person with Entitle, Inc. for all things related to Entitle’s trust or operating accounting. She also handles all Human Resources matters for our staff. Susan joined Entitle, Inc. in 2007 after operating a family owned Hospitality Business for 17 years and functioning as the Controller of that business.
