At the same time, many Minnesotans don't realize they have the legal right to choose their own title insurance company. Instead of taking advantage of this situation, we've made it our policy to provide complete, honest information, fair prices and friendly, personalized service. At Title One, we can't imagine doing business any other way.If both Buyer and Seller use Title One in a transaction involving new financing, the closing fee is automatically reduced to $165 each (normally $195 each at Title One and $250 each at competing firms)Most title companies pay fees to the referring real estate professional, which creates a conflict of interest and raises their rates. At Title One, we don't pay referral fees, so that we can keep our relationships honest and our prices low.
