Educational Opportunities for Children & Families (EOCF) has been serving our community since 1967. During this time, EOCF was formed as a Community Action Agency to fight the War on Poverty. From over 40 years of steady growth and expansion, EOCF now provides services to more than 2,000 low-income children and families in four SW Washington counties each year. EOCF programs include:
