In the last 10 years, FBL & Associates have added the capability to perform density and other quality assurance and control testing as part of our construction inspection capabilities. Our chief inspectors have many years experience with the Louisiana DOTD, various muncipalities and industrial plant specifications. FBL & Associates also has over 20 years experience in the development of landfills, both in engineering and quality control, including the opening and closing of cells.

Peggy is the latest addition to our staff. She comes to us with over 15 years Bookkeeping experience in the construction field.
