Fairview Tree Farm is a family-owned farm located on 60 scenic acres in Shelton, Connecticut. The land has been in our family since 1842 when it was originally a dairy farm and sawmill. Every October Fairview comes alive with visitors. People come to choose pumpkins, gourds and mums to dress up their homes for fall. Children come in groups for daytime Pumpkin Hunt hayrides and 2 weekends each year you'll hear screams during our famous, nighttime Haunted Hayrides. During late November, after the turkey has been eaten, people from all over come to the farm to choose their Christmas tree. We offer cut-your-own trees, premium precut trees, balled and burlap trees, handmade wreaths, garland, a Christmas gift shop and more. On the weekends we have horse drawn hayrides with Santa. During the remainder of the year we offer complete landscape construction including lawn installations, walkways, tree plantings, a wide selection of nursery stock, tree work and firewood.
