About Family Service Since 1910, Family Service, located at 128 E. Olin Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin, has been serving and celebrating families. As a nonprofit human service agency, we offer help to people of all income levels. This year we will work with over 5,000 families in our continued and dedicated efforts to support family life in Dane County, Wisconsin. Known for our innovative, proactive and results oriented programming, we provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups. Family Service is affiliated with the Alliance for Families and Children and shares its mission to strengthen family life in all its forms. Staffed by experienced mental health and social service professionals, the agency is certified by the council on accreditation as a child and family counseling and mental health agency.
