Fastener & Hose Technology, Inc. was founded in September of 1994 and has grown to be an industry leader in aircraft hardware distribution and hose fabrication for the aerospace and specialized industrial markets. As a wholly owned small business, Fastener & Hose Technology has assembled a management group with over 100 years of experience in the aerospace and fastener industry. The group's extensive experience in management, hose fabrication, engineering, sales and quality assurance enables Fastener & Hose Technology to provide the highest, levels of service to their customers with an emphasis always on quality. Fastener & Hose Technology has been approved by all major airlines, OEMs, aerospace subcontractors and government agencies. In recognition of their commitment to quality, the Office of Minority and Women Business Development, Kansas Department of Commerce and Housing named Fastener & Hose Technology the 1996 Woman-Owned Supplier/Distributor Business of the Year. In 1997, as a Boeing Company nominee, Fastener & Hose Technology was named Region VII Small Business Subcontractor of the Year. Fastener & Hose Technology continues to grow and improve its systems. Improvements are continually being added to EDI and Internet capabilities, bar coding, packaging, labeling, and kit systems already in place. Fastener & Hose Technology is also upgrading its MIL-I-45208 qualified quality system, actively pursuing ISO certifications.
