Description

Founded in 1999 as a public/private partnership supported by King County, Washington and the City of Seattle, Flexcar launched its Seattle operations in 2000. Since that time Flexcar has expanded to Portland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Washington D.C., and San Francisco! More cities will be added to Flexcar's network over the coming year.Flexcar has won numerous awards and commendations for providing a service that reduces congestion, air pollution, energy use, increases use of public transit and contributes to sustainable communities.Over 28,000 individuals and over 500 companies and public agencies currently use Flexcar. Our membership is growing by leaps and bounds, and our fleet is constantly expanding to meet this demand.
