Description

Founded in 1960 KPFF Consulting Engineers is Seattle’s top structural and civil engineering firm. The principals of Flinn Ferguson have represented KPFF since 1993 in four lease renewals and one relocation. Recently Flinn Ferguson negotiated the early renewal of the firm’s three floors of space in Westlake Center with their Landlord, General Growth Properties, prior to the sale of the Building to TIAA-CREF. This process was made more difficult by the requirement that the firm would only consider buildings they had structurally designed, a small window in a tightening office market.

We find tenants the best space, at the best rate, with the best operational solutions all while providing unparalleled client service.

Verathon Incorporated is a 275 person, world-wide, medical device company that designs, manufactures and distributes reliable, state of the art, portable ultra-sound and bladder scan devices.
