The Floor Value retail showroom is located in downtown Howard Lake, MN, which is approximately 30 miles west of the Twin Cities. Our philosophy here is simple.

Since many of our projects throughout the years involved kitchen and bathroom remodels, we wanted the ability to offer our customers quality home improvement products as they were planning their projects, which would simplify the process of updating their home. Many customers are not sure where to start looking for new flooring or a new counter top, or where the best prices might be. On August 7, 2009, we re-opened the Floor Value showroom for business in a larger, more spacious location, allowing us to show you a wide variety of choices in flooring, cabinetry and counter top products. We provide the same quality choices as the larger companies at a competitive price. We are located off of Highway 12, on the corner of 6th Street and 7th Avenue, in Howard Lake, MN - about 30 miles west of the Twin Cities area.
