White Oak Manor-Rock Hill is one of the 14 senior living facilities that the Spartanburg, S.C. based company, White Oak Manor, Inc., owns and maintains in North and South Carolina. Fluhrer Reed is working in conjunction with Charleston, S.C.-based CRG Engineering, Inc. on the project.
