We provide a unique process for the contractor and owner, from conception of the design to development into detailed AutoCAD drawings ready for permitting and construction. Our experts can provide inspections during the construction process to ensure that the project is built per plan.

Jake has eight years experience in the design and analysis of residential and commercial structures utilizing timber, structural steel, masonry, and reinforced concrete. He has extensive experience in the design and analysis of concrete footings and retaining walls, including analysis of foundation failures. Jake has an in depth knowledge of state and national building codes and is a registered engineer in several states in our region.

We specialize in the design of additions and renovations, creating distinctive modifications to existing homes. Our projects range from adding minor details to dramatic makeovers. Using our experience in construction, engineering and design, special care is always taken to blend the new elements and existing structure together. Our goal is to match the elements of the existing design so that when the project is completed, the structure looks original, inside and out!.

Our geotechnical engineering services also include testing and monitoring the placement of controlled fill for residential and light commercial structures to confirm that the soil is properly compacted. We specialize in designing foundations for difficult building sites.
