Thomas Brenneman, President and CEO, Milwaukee Office Tom has had an extensive, diverse and successful HR management/leadership background spanning over 25 years. His heavy focus and concentration in executive search, as well as his ability to effectively collaborate with his clients, has enabled him to fill critical positions in operations, technical and sales/marketing with food manufacturers and related food companies. As the former Manager of Staffing and Development at Beatrice Foods/Con Agra and currently as President and CEO of Food Executives Network (formerly Roth Young Executive Search of Milwaukee) for the last 15 years, Tom has partnered exclusively and successfully with food and ingredient manufacturers ranging from small startup, entrepreneurial companies to multi-billion, global food corporations. Tom has earned an excellent reputation throughout the industry and he especially enjoys nurturing long-term relationships based on the bedrock principles of integrity, trust and respect for both his clients and candidates.
