Mel joined Forza Silicon in 2005 and is an officer responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the business while contributing to the long-range planning and customer engagement strategies of the company. He brings over 40 years of experience in the services business with the last 20 years focused on engineering services. Along with Forza Silicon’s founders, he provides overall direct leadership of the company. Prior to this role, Mel was vice president of operations for Doctor Design overseeing the overall strategic direction and operation of the organization.
