Headquartered in Sidney, Ohio, Freshway Foods is a fresh fruit and vegetable processor, repacker, distributor, and logistics provider. For over 25 years, the company has focused on providing customized, value-added product and service solutions to foodservice and retail customers that span the eastern half of the United States.

We utilize proprietary technology in our climate-controlled processing facility to maximize efficiency and conserve energy while maintaining the strictest quality standards. We have established long-term relationships with our growers that ensure we have quality fresh fruits and vegetables to meet our customers’ needs. Several of our growers have been supplying the company since its founding in 1988.

Founded in 1988 by Frank and Phil Gilardi, Freshway Foods has grown to provide consistently superior fresh-cut and repack produce solutions to the 25 states located in the eastern half of the United States, which is also home to over 60% of the U.S. population.

Our direct sourcing relationships with top quality growers across the U.S. as well as Mexico and Canada ensure our customers receive exceptional quality with every order. And our proximity to customers, as compared to West Coast suppliers, means we can be quicker and much more flexible in the delivery of our products and services.
