Lakeside Foods, founded in 1887, is a privately held, leading international private label food processor. With Corporate headquarters in Manitowoc, WI, fifteen plants and eight distribution centers in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio, our locations place us close to our fields, assuring fresh product.

Peak Foods is the fastest growing producer of store brand whipped topping in the United States. We have the ability to provide national brand equivalent toppings that will build store brand loyalty. Consumer Reports' sensory panel preferred the Peak product over the national brand.

Interstate Food Processing Corporation joined forces with Lakeside Foods to form Peak Foods LLC in 2000. The Peak Foods plant is a state of the art processing facility in Troy, Ohio and the headquarters for the production of a full line of frozen whipped topping products.

Peak Foods Non-Dairy Concentrates mix at a 2 parts concentrate to 1 part water, but manufacturers can adjust the ratio to meet specific needs. Contains no dairy products (Sodium Caseinate) so product will perform perfectly with acid based ingredients.
