The Commercial Lines Department is dedicated to providing the highest quality insurance products and services to business owners.

As an Independent Agency we are able to select products from the many insurance companies we represent. It is our goal to match our clients with the insurance company best suited for their particular needs. In this way, we are able to provide the best possible coverage at the lowest price available in the marketplace. We continually review the coverages provided to our customers to ensure they are adequately protected. We will often recommend additional coverages to help protect our customer's assets. We work closely with our clients to ensure we are meeting all of their insurance needs.

Every one of our Account Executives and Customer Service Agents is licensed which provides them with extensive knowledge of our insurance products. Many have also attained advanced insurance designations such as Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). This experience and education allows them to provide a level of service not found in most insurance agencies. Our dedication to service is demonstrated by our designation as a Trusted Choice ® agency and our adherence to the Pledge of Performance.

In order to meet the changing needs of our clients, we have expanded our office hours to 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We also provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlike most insurance agencies that offer this service, you will be referred to a Friedman employee during these critical situations.
